Prof. C R Venugopal gets Best Faculty Award 2009

Prof. C R Venugopal, an alumni of NIE from E&C branch 1975 batch, has been bestowed with "The Best Faculty Award 2009" for his outstanding contribution to Academics and Research in Karnataka, which carries a Cash Prize of Rs. 30,000/- on November 12th 2009. Prof. Venugopal is presently as a Professor at SJCE, Mysore. He is the first academician from Karnataka to receive this award.
Congratulations to Prof. Venugopal for the formidable feat; yet another jewel in the NIE alumni crown.
